Step 1) Download Two Toned Training in the app store
Step 2) Click “Get started!” and choose your biggest goal. Fill out your account information and choose “Create your account.”
Step 3) Select “Let’s Go!” and select “Tone from Home.” You will then do five different 30 minute workouts with dumbbells and ankle weights (ankle weights highly encouraged,not required) across five days (starting March 31st). Day 1 through Day 5.

Will I be automatically charged after 5 days? Nope, you will have to opt to sign up for the $10/month membership if you choose!
